Park Rules

Violation of resort rules may result in removal from the resort without a refund.

All RVs must check in at the office and be escorted to their site upon arrival.

Speed limit throughout the resort is 10 MPH and is strictly enforced.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Guests are responsible for the conduct and safety of minors.

Golf carts are permitted for licensed drivers age 16 and older and must have front and rear lights.

Alcohol may be consumed at your site. If taken off-site, it must be concealed in a foam insulator or plastic cup.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to any rig based on appearance or condition.

Management is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage caused by fire, theft, or accidents. RV owners are responsible for damages caused by themselves or their visitors.

Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two dogs per site.

Aggressive dogs of any breed are not permitted. Dogs showing unfriendly or protective behavior may result in removal at management’s discretion.

Dogs must be leashed (6 ft max) and under adult supervision at all times unless in designated off-leash areas.

Pets may not be left unattended outside and are not allowed in common-area buildings or pool areas (service dogs excluded with visible tags).

Excessive or disruptive barking is not allowed.

All pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly.

Proof of current vaccinations may be requested at check-in.

Pet owners are responsible for any damage, injuries, or disturbances caused by their pets.

RVPM is not responsible for the safety or wellbeing of pets.

Monthly rates include 2 adults and 2 children. Additional occupants are $50 per month.

Visitors may stay up to 3 days at no charge. Longer visits must be checked in at the office.

Each site allows 1 RV and 2 vehicles. Extra vehicles are $5 per day for our nightly/weekly guests and $25 per month for our monthly guests. They are allowed only if they fit within your site.

Parking on grass or in open RV sites is not permitted.

Boats may be anchored at the waterfront during the day only. Overnight anchoring is not allowed.

Only designated sites may park boats or trailers. Please confirm your site eligibility before parking.

Gas and propane fires are allowed. Wood fires must be contained in approved fire rings or grills and fully extinguished before leaving.

All fires must comply with local burn bans.

Household trash only. Bagged garbage should be placed at your site before 10:00 AM or taken to the dumpster afterward.

RVs must have proper electrical cords, sewer hose seals, water pressure regulators, and supported sewer hoses.

Formaldehyde or blue dye products are not permitted in the septic system.

RV repairs, washing, or detailing are only allowed with management approval and insured vendors.

No smoking or pets are allowed in any building.

Vehicle washing is permitted for a fee and must be paid in advance at the office.

Fireworks, tents, subletting, outdoor appliances, oil changes, or operating a business on-site are not permitted.

Guests are expected to respect neighboring sites, park property, and shared spaces at all times.
