Short-term stays can be booked online using the “Book Now” button. For long-term or monthly sites, please call the office at (903) 356-2125 to check availability.
Monthly rates include one RV site for up to two adults and two children, along with standard utility access (electric billed separately) and use of resort amenities.
Yes. Visitors may stay up to three days at no charge. Longer visits must be checked in at the office, and all visitors are the responsibility of the primary guest.
Yes, pets are welcome. Dogs must be leashed at all times, supervised by an adult, and cleaned up after. A maximum of two dogs per site is allowed, and aggressive or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
Each site allows one RV and up to two vehicles. Additional vehicles are $5 per day. Trailers, boats, and extra vehicles may not be parked on grass or in empty RV sites.
Boats may be anchored at the waterfront during the day. Overnight anchoring is not allowed. Only select sites are approved for boat or trailer parking, please confirm with the office before parking.
Gas or propane fires are allowed. Wood fires must be contained in approved fire rings or grills and fully extinguished before leaving. All local burn bans must be followed.
Sites should be kept tidy and free of excess items. Decorative lights, pet fencing, and personal belongings must stay within the concrete pad area to allow for grounds maintenance.
